You may cancel a paid subscription at any time through your account or the payment processor's cancellation mechanism. Cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep your paid benefits until then.
Payments are generally non-refundable, and unused portions of a billing period or unused usage allowances are not refunded. If something went wrong — a billing error, a duplicate charge, or a problem with the Service — contact us through our contact form or at support@discipline.chat and we will review your request. We consider refund requests case-by-case and issue refunds at our discretion or where required by law.
If you see a charge you don't recognize, please contact us before disputing it with your bank — most billing issues can be resolved quickly. Charges will appear on your statement under the descriptor shown at checkout.
